This is a legal requirement for all premises whether domestic, commercial or industrial.

All electrical systems should conform to current regulations and documented proof that a system has been correctly inspected and maintained is required for all premises used for commercial purposes. This includes domestic premises which are let under lease or short hold tenancy. Appliances also require an annual inspection. An appliance is defined as “any item that is connected to the electrical system via a plug and socket”. AEL offer a highly efficient, tailored testing service for a range of different needs.

Our way of working:

- Initial meeting on site to discuss your requirements and legal obligations, give advice on what’s needed and how we best go forward

- Quotation for works sent within 48 hours

- Full inspection and test carried out and all results relayed back to office for evaluation

- Report provided on condition of installation

- Required remedial works listed and costs provided

- Remedial works completed

- Certificate issued

- All certification backed up on our own secure server

- Customers automatically reminded of all future test dates
